Mobil NSF H1 Lubricants, Mobil SHC
Mobil SHC Polyrex 462 grease from Acculube improves productivity by solving high temperature lubrication
problems in general industry and food processing. This synthetic, polymer-enhanced, ISO 460 grease carries
registration as a full NSF H1 lubricant.
Mobil SHC Polyrex 462 combines high temperature performance, excellent water resistance, and a high
performance additive package that provides excellent load carrying capabilities, rust protection, and outstanding
oxidation life. The formulation is polymer enhanced to resist both equipment wash-downs and oil loss at
high temperatures.
Mobil SHC Polyrex 462 can be used in high temperature food processing equipment, including kiln operations
and steam heated service where temperatures exceed the limitations of lithium-based formulations.
Mobilgrease FM 221 and FM 222 are high performance multi-purpose products from Acculube for the lubrication
of food processing machinery. Mobilgrease FM 221 and FM 222 are NSF registered as H1 lubricants.

The combination of the naturally high viscosity index and the proprietary additive system enables Mobil SHC
Cibus series H1 lubricants to provide outstanding performance in a wide range of service applications at high and low
temperatures, high loading and in areas of high wash-down well beyond the capabilities of typical mineral oils.
Mobil SHC Cibus H1 lubricants are NSF H1 registered lubricants and comply with Title 21 CFR 178.3570 (FDA)
for lubricants with incidental food contact. These lubricants are zinc-free. They are also suitable for Kosher and
Halal food preparation. The products are colorless, with low odor and are free of animal-derived materials and
allergens from nuts, wheat or gluten.
Mobil SHC Cibus Series products have low traction coefficients, which results in low fluid friction in the load zone
of non-conforming surfaces. Low fluid friction produces lower operating temperatures and improved equipment
efficiency. The additive system provides good wear protection, excellent oxidation stability, protection against rust
and corrosion even in moist environments and good system cleanliness. SHC Cibus Series H1 lubricants are zinc-free.
Viscosities are from ISO VG 32 to 68 and 150 to 460. All products are NSF H1 registered.
