The Acculube Field Services Team offers unrivaled expertise
in two areas critical to shop productivity: Lubricant and Metalworking Fluid Selection, and Maintenance and Inventory Management.
Team members work as ad hoc members of your staff, providing on-site inventory control, lubricant sampling, and metalworking fluid testing and condition monitoring.
- a seamless supply of the products necessary to manufacture your parts
- proper and timely maintenance of your equipment
- maximum life from every metalworking fluid you use,
- reductions in both downtime and cost associated with fluid disposal
As they become familiar with your operations, the Acculube Field Service and Test Team can recommend process improvements, resulting in additional – and often significant - cost savings.
These cost savings typically result from a variety of factors,
- product consolidations
- better inventory control methods
- use of higher performing products
- improved filtration
- better lubricant / metalworking fluid management practices
Perhaps the greatest advantage the Acculube Field Services and Testing Team provides is the ability of your employees to focus on the important tasks and strategies that will grow the bottom line.
Acculube Field Services and Testing Team Services
Acculube Field Services and Testing Team will manage your fluids inventory so that there is always adequate supply and you pay only for the product you use.
An Acculube Field Services Team member will obtain and test oil samples from production machines to ensure they are functioning at peak efficiency and accuracy. On-site tests we perform include viscosity, particle counting, elemental analysis, FTIR and others as required.
Metalworking Fluid Testing and Condition Monitoring
The Acculube Field Services Team will test your metalworking fluid systems on a scheduled basis to confirm they are within target parameters and contamination-free. Any corrective actions they recommend are focused on maximizing your tool life, protecting valuable equipment, and optimizing the service life of your metalworking fluids.
