Neat Stamping Lubricants

Drawsol 850 and Drawsol 850X2 are extremely heavy-duty stamping lubricants suitable for any
metal forming operation.  They are recommended specifically for difficult steel and stainless steel operations. 
(Avoid nonferrous and yellow metals.)  Drawsol 850X2 is a higher viscosity version of Drawsol 850,
with additives to enhance the cleanability of formed parts. 

Water Mixable Stamping Lubricants

Drawsol WM 950 is a cost-effective stamping lubricant that, when used in neat form, handles both deep
and shallow drawing on heavy gauge steel and tough alloys, including high strength steel.  This is an
excellent choice for progressive die operations, and produces virtually no gummy residue.  Easy
cleanability makes this stamping lubricant a great choice for facilities who need to clean parts for
subsequent processing.  Honda and Nissan approved. 

Drawsol WM 990 is a medium-duty stamping lubricant with phosphorus additives for additional EP and
a biocide to protect from biological degradation.  WM 990 runs extremely clean.  Its low oil content makes it
an excellent choice for facilities that weld; smoke is virtually non-existent, and there is no staining. 
WM 990 has excellent hard water stability.

Drawsol WM 2800 is a heavy-duty stamping lubricant for nearly every use.  It has high viscosity, so it’s ideal for
multiple-stage operations.  WM 2800 provides maximum lubricity and can also be used for pulley lubrication.

Synthetic Stamping Lubricants

Drawsol WM 4740 heavy-duty synthetic lubricant performs most metal forming operations. 
Phosphorus additives make it ideal for deep draws.  Residue is easily removed with alkaline cleaners. 
WM 4740 can be used in virtually every metal including steel, stainless and aluminum alloys.  

Drawsol WM 110 – This Honda-approved stamping lubricant has been used to manufacture exhaust
components.  Medium-duty product works well on both ferrous and nonferrous meals, in traditional
drawing and stamping operations.  Tenacious residual film allows for indoor storage of parts.
