Anti-Rust Agents

Anti Rust 8173D is a liquid blend of nitrite rust inhibitors and water conditioners which inhibit corrosion
on ferrous metals for extended in-plant storage.  Use at 2 to 20% by volume at ambient to 140°F.
Parts must be dried and stored indoors.

Anti Rust 1262-XR is a water soluble blend of non-nitrite inhibitors which inhibit corrosion from steel
and cast iron. Use at 5 to 15% by volume at ambient to 140°F. Parts should be dried and stored indoors;
however, this product performs well even when some moisture remains on parts.

Anti Rust 6514A is a water soluble blend of non-nitrite rust inhibitors, which inhibit corrosion on steel
and cast iron for extended in-plant storage.  Use at 5 to 15% by volume at ambient to 140°F. 
Parts must be dried and stored indoors.

Anti Rust 8198 is a premium, petroleum-based rust preventative for extended in-plant storage.
It is a water emulsifiable product for use on steel and zinc. Leaves a light rust preventative film.
Use at 5 to 10% by volume at ambient to 140°F.

Anti Rust 8133 is a solvent-type rust preventative that provides a non-emulsifiable,
water displacing, non-staining, light film. Film is dry-to-touch after solvent evaporates.
Safe on all metals. Use as is at ambient temperature.

Anti Rust 8133-CH is a premium solvent-type rust preventative that provides a non-emulsifiable,
water displacing, non-staining film. Film is oily-to-touch after solvent evaporates. Safe on all metals.
Use at ambient temperature.

Stamping Lubricants

Synthetic

Eco Draw HVE-1, approved for use on all automotive parts, including Class A body panels,
performs well in a versatile range of operations, including body panels, heat-shields, engine brackets,
support pillars, seat pans, and axle brackets. Also used in all appliance stamping operations.

Eco Draw HVRG 4 is a multiphase performance synthetic lubricant custom formulated for use
with ultra high-strength and heavy gauge steel. Lubricant contains tenacious boundary additives
and thermal-resistant ingredients that protect parts and extend tool coating life in severe metalforming
environments.  Clean residue eliminates post-process cleaning and improves environmental conditions.

Eco Draw HVRG440 is a lower viscosity multiphase performance synthetic lubricant for use on AHSS,
HSLA steel, and other complex forming operations.

Eco Draw HVE-AM concentrated synthetic lubricant is safe for severe forming operations
with ferrous or sensitive electro-galvanized and galvaneal steel.  Provides excellent anti-corrosion
and anti-stain properties during most storage conditions.

High-Level EP Lubricants
These lubricants contain extreme pressure additives to enhance stamping performance in severe operations, 
inhibitors protect against corrosion during storage: Eco Draw XL. Eco Draw XL75. Eco Draw XL50.

Petroleum-Based

Bio-Stable, High EP Emulsion
XL Draw STS petroleum-based lubricant is ideal for use in extreme stamping operations such as
stainless steel, burnish stake drives, cold swedging, or extreme ironing operations. As a flooding coolant,
this product remains bio-stable without bactericide treatment for 2 months or more. It forms a very stable
emulsion and can be used as a standard stamping lubricant.

XL Draw K heavy-duty chlorinated petroleum lubricant for severe draws, ironing, heavy gauge piercing, etc.
Forms a stable emulsion even in hard water. Does not build-up on dies.

XL Draw RX heavy-duty chlorinated oil for severe jobs emulsifies with water. Contains RP agents and
provides exceptional long-term anti-corrosion protection on parts in storage.

XL Draw 9000 medium viscosity emulsifiable petroleum lubricant is excellent for most severe
stamping operations. The residue is light on parts and easier to remove.

XL Draw WI medium viscosity straight oil performs well in most stamping operations,
is safe on all steel types, brass, copper and other yellow metals. Provides extraordinary
anti-corrosion protection; compatible with hydraulic oils.

Drawing Oil 8555 light-duty, emulsifiable lubricant for forming, punching, blanking, and drawing operations
is easily removed by low temperature cleaners and contains no chlorine or sulfur. Excellent RP.

Vanishing Oils

Vanishing Oil 8596 contains solvents, rust inhibitors, and lubricity additives. Provides temporary lubricity
for light drawing or stamping operations. Stamped parts dry to a residue-free finish in minutes.

Vanishing Oil 8599 contains lubricity additives for more difficult metalforming operations.
Drying time is slower, but parts dry residue-free.

Vanishing Oil 8580 contains significant lubricity additives and a slight level of EP additives
for difficult forming operations. Parts dry residue-free.

Canning Lubricants

Aqua Lube JD lubricants made with FDA approved food grade ingredients and may be used
undiluted or mixed with water for can end stamping and blanking. These products contain no hazardous
ingredients and are non-toxic. Approved for food can applications. These lubricants replace hazardous
solvent-based lubricants and are usually used at 5 to 8% concentrations. A unique lubricant technology
used by many Crown, Cork, and Seal facilities worldwide.

Blankwash

Eco Draw® HVE-1sc synthetic fluid is automotive approved for Class A steel body panels.
In a Ford Motor Company Six Sigma comparative study, this technology reduced dirt-related press
downtime and part rejects by 30%. Extended fluid life, reduced exposure hazards, and reduced rancidity. 

Eco Draw® FHL provides more controlled wetting characteristics on sheet metal and completely splits
tramp oil for easy removal from the fluid. It has very low foaming characteristics and provides similar
reductions in dirt-related rejects. It provides lubricity features that eliminate the need for oil re-apply
to form parts. 

Dry-Film Lubricants

Dri-Cote is a powdered product that is dissolved in hot water, applied to steel (coils or blanks), and dried.
Solutions form a unique dry-film that can be adjusted in coating weight from < 80 to > 700 mg/ft2. It provides
excellent film strength for severe and deep drawing applications. Dri-Cote can be applied to steel as it enters
stamping dies, or it can be applied to steel coils or blanks for storage for later stamping.   

Liqui-Cote liquid lubricant is diluted with water, applied to steel, and dried. It forms a unique tough dry-film
for severe drawing operations. It can be easily cleaned in spray or soak cleaning operations. 

Poly Cote Perma 2, applied to clean steel, provides excellent boundary lubricant protection.
The film is durable and flexible. Unless parts are to be painted or plated, the film never needs to
be removed and provides permanent anti-rust protection. It is not miscible or removed by fuel,
so it is ideal for use in forming gas tanks. This product is also used as a protectant on
polished steel and aluminum.

General Maintenance Cleaners

Daimler Chrysler & GM Approved!
Super Clean 500 is a floor cleaner with excellent cleaning and soil penetration. May be used in
scrubbing machines. Use at 1 to 3 ounces per gallon in scrubbers and 3 to 6 ounces per gallon in
mop buckets. Super Clean 750 combines excellent detergency and solvency in a liquid product with
good foaming. No alkali film residue. Useful for cleaning oils and grease from hard surfaces.
May be used in power equipment. Use 1 to 10 ounces per gallon in water.

Daimler Chrysler & GM Approved!
Super Clean 1500 (Hydro Clean 10-K) is a concentrated liquid cleaner with excellent emulsifying action.
Useful in floor scrubbers, as a wipe-on degreaser, or as a steam cleaner. A true all-purpose cleaner.
Not safe on soft metals. Use at 1 to 3 ounces per gallon in floor scrubbers and 3 to 6 ounces per
gallon in mop buckets.

Super Clean 1700 is similar to Super Clean 1500 but utilizes added solvency for better soil solubility
and emulsifiability of petroleum-based soils and tire marks.

Super Clean 1857 is a concentrated liquid cleaner with built-in solvency. Excellent in floor cleaning
applications where the soil is primarily oil. Use at 1 to 3 ounces per gallon in power scrubbers and
2 to 4 ounces per gallon in steam cleaning.

Super Clean 1900 liquid concentrate contains water conditioners, and oil and grease emulsifiers
for removing organic soils. Use on walls, windows, fixtures, showers, floors; rinse from surfaces
after cleaning. Use at 1 to 10 ounces per gallon.
