Castrol Semi-Synthetic Cutting Oil

Hysol AMG is a heavy-duty emulsifiable fluid for machining and grinding that performs like a semi-synthetic,
but has a composition that is actually between a soluble and semi-synthetic. It is chlorine-free, and ideal for steel,
cast iron, stainless steels, aluminum, titanium, Inconel and Hastelloy, and copper alloys.

Concentrate mixes easily with water, forming a stable non-foaming emulsion that helps protect machines and
manufactured parts from rust and stain, while resisting the development of rancid odors and fungus. It is formulated
for use with naturally soft or softened waters.

Hysol AMG provides good extreme pressure and boundary lubricity without the use of chlorinated ingredients,
making it an excellent choice for machining and grinding applications including broaching, tapping, reaming,
deep hole drilling, multi-tool operations on CNC machines, centerless grinding and creep-feed grinding.

Easy to dispose of by conventional waste treatment; compatible with most machine tool paints and seals.

• Hysol MB 50 multi-purpose semi-synthetic cutting oil is a soluble metalworking fluid with high biostability,
  and good environmentals: it is sulfur, chlorine and formaldehyde-free. Hysol MB50 is recommended for the
  machining and grinding of all grades of aluminum, particularly for aerospace and automotive applications;
  also ferrous alloys. It is low foaming in all water conditions. Hysol MB 50 provides the performance of
  heavy-duty soluble oils without the disadvantages – or the high usage rate of traditional fluids.
