Automatic Lubricator

Acculube offers a reusable, electro-mechanical automatic lubricator with a positive displacement pump.
The automatic lubricator precisely dispenses lubricant to up to 8 individual points.

Improper lubrication can cause bearings and other critical components to fail, and produce huge losses in
unscheduled downtime. By applying precise, metered amounts of lubricant over a specific period of time,
equipment life is maximized, and the expense of over-lubricating – a common occurrence – is avoided.

Self-contained, weatherproof, and ideal for heavy-service environments, the precision automatic lubricator
from Acculube has output pressures of 300psi, adjustable timers, and 50 output settings. There are three
accordion-type cartridge capacities, and ten options for lubricant.

These “smart” automatic lubricators can be mounted up to 40’ from the lubrication point, and work as
programmed for six months between battery charges. This is an excellent, and very cost-effective
automatic lubricator for conveyors, cranes and hoists, vibratory feeders and impactors, crushers,
pumps, open gears – and virtually any motor or generator.
