Acculube supplies the stone mining and quarrying industry, including processors of gravel, slag, crushed limestone,
dolomite and sandstone with lubricants for every purpose – and tools to boost worksite efficiency and minimize costs. 

Automatic Lubricator

One product tailor-made for aggregate producers is a reusable, electro-mechanical lubricator with a positive
displacement pump.  The lubricator precisely dispenses lubricant to as many as 8 points on systems such as the
limestone crushing operation shown in the photo. 

Improper lubrication can cause bearings to fail and cost thousands in downtime.  By applying precise,
metered amounts of lubricant over a defined period of time, equipment service life is maximized,
and the costs of over-lubricating – a common phenomena – are avoided.   

Self-contained, weatherproof, and hardened to the aggregate environment, these precision lubricators have
adjustable timers, 50 output settings, and output pressures of 300psi.  There are three “accordion” cartridge capacities,
and ten options for lubricant. 

These “smart” lubricators can be mounted remotely (up to 40’ ) from the lubrication point, and perform as
programmed for six months between battery charges.  They are ideal lubricators for vibratory feeders and screens,
impactors, jaw and hammer mill crushers, and washers as well as virtually any motors, generators or material
handling equipment used in the aggregate industry.

Acculube Synthetic Oils for Gearboxes

Acculube supplies synthetic oils from Mobil and Petro-Canada that allow conveyor start-up in low temperatures. 
They also:

• Extend gear life
• Lower pour point vs. conventional oils
• Protect against temperature extremes, vibration and shock loading
• Are highly thermally stable
• Protect against scuffing
• Inhibit corrosion

Environ:  Acculube’s “Green” Fluids for Aggregate Processing

Environ hydraulic fluids offer enhanced performance, while safeguarding the environment. 
Environ hydraulic fluids from Acculube are formulated for virtually every hydraulic application,
including AW (anti-wear) straight grades and MV (multi-viscosity) grades.  They are particularly
helpful where equipment is sited near sensitive areas, such as lakes and streams. 

Environ hydraulic fluids are non-toxic and inherently biodegradable and free of barium, zinc and
other heavy metals. Environ products are non-toxic, odorless and 100 percent recyclable.
Environ provides exceptional anti-wear protection and longer fluid life than conventional oils,
and more than 10 times longer fluid life than vegetable-based hydraulic oils. Environ MV allows
easy start-up over wide extremes in temperature.

Environ hydraulic fluids can be used in dredges in wet environments, and are used at several
